Course Summary


If you are looking to expand your existing water damage skills and win the more complex commercial jobs, this is the course for you.

The 5-day IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist course will take you through damage inspection and evaluation, work flow management, process administration. You will walk away with a thorough understanding of the technical methods of effective and timely drying of commercial, industrial, institutional and complex residential water-damaged structures, systems, and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE).

The hands-on components of this course uses equipment available in the Australian marketplace, and will teach you how to get the most out of your desiccant & LGR Dehumidifiers, injectidry floors and moisture metres.

  • Inspect and evaluate damaged properties
  • Understand how to get the most out of your drying equipment
  • Gain technical knowledge to dry complex water damaged structures


IICRC Certification

On completion of the course, attendees can sit an IICRC Exam. 

The IICRC exam is a multiple choice exam will take place on the final day of the course. The exam is optional and costs $70, payable on the day via credit card, cash (please ensure to bring exact amount as we do not hold cash on the premises) or cheque made towards IICRC.
